Seven key success factors by Howarth HTL Consulting
Environment and sustainability
Ecologically clean place surrounded by crystal water of South-East Sea on the east and mangrove forest on the west, north and south. Rich fauna on the site.
Access & infrastructure
6 minutes via the asphalted municipal road to the new Berakit ferry terminal connecting it to destinations in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Cultural diversity in local cuisine, architecture, handicraft and tradition differentiates this destination.
The resort will be operated by key-industry players; we are in negotiations with a number of international hotel operators. The site was positively appraised by various developers and consultants.
Participation of leading hotel and development groups will ensure the use of top-quality architectures; existing statistics and a significant number of operating hotels will help refine the choice of style and architecture.
Safety & security
The site is located at a distance from any other significant development, connected to other sites only by one road, otherwise the perimeter is surrounded by forest, which helps ensure safety & security.
Destination Management Team
Property will be managed by management companies with impeccable quality; the site management company for the infrastructure is formed with the participation of the site owner.
