Investment focus:
- Industries of interest: real estate, mining, agriculture, industrial parks and FMCG
- Investment size starting from $2 million USD+
- Investment horizon of no more than 7 years
- Investor role either lead or value-added co-investor
- Geography: Mongolia, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia
Investment approach:
- Share capital, convertible (mezzanine) debt or loan facility
